Nutritionists say: You need to lose weight not for its own sake, but to become healthier

Yes, these drugs do help to curb the appetite, but "in return", they destroy vital body systems in the blink of an eye, stresses the specialist. For example, the sale of Thai tablets is forbidden in Russia, while the same Chinese tablets can cause problems with the stomach, liver, intestines and gynaecological diseases. Therefore, in choosing tablets, Aygun xanum advises us to opt for benign products of plant origin which help maintain the weight at a constant level alongside the positive results achieved. In addition, these drugs have a positive impact on the gynaecological pathology of the female body. "For this reason, weight loss programmes should not be urgent or based on unrealistic timescales, but must be gradual, aimed at addressing the causes of obesity, ensuring the recovery of the whole body and improving metabolic processes," says the dietician. Thus, any weight loss programme should be based on the three "pillars": cleansing, balancing and feeding the cells of the body. Excess weight is the earliest symptom, and the most typical cause, of atherosclerosis.

"Unfortunately, procedures involving artificial fat removal (e.g. liposuction) do not solve the problem. The way to reduce the risk of disease is by a natural correction of weight. Excess weight is not always linked to problems of the metabolism, hormonal imbalance, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract or diabetes. It is necessary to conduct a complete hormonal diagnosis of the endocrinal function of the pancreatic and thyroid glands and many other laboratory and hardware examinations, which are prescribed individually for each case. And only after this do we assign a programme of proper nutrition. You should not be afraid of the word 'diet' - this is nothing other than a correct way of life. A diet includes everything needed for the life of the body - proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. The dietary programme is concretely connected to a psychological one.
